COLLECTED DATA AND THE LEGAL PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
We may collect special information through this website for the purpose of answering an inquiery or meeting your requirements.
Such processing of personal data is lawful in relation to the General Regulation because it is necessary to perform the requested services or to take action so that the very service could be provided.
The collected data is not processed for any other purpose.
LEGITIMATE INTEREST
In certain situations, we may process your personal information on the basis of our legitimate interest. In this situation, when we perform processing on such basis, based on your special situation, you may formulate an objection to such processing. The processing we perform based on our legitimate interest:
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
Purpose of processing: video surveillance is carried out for the purpose of protection of persons and people.
Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6 paragraph. 1 (of the General Regulation))
Storage: videos are kept for 7 days and in case of an incident up to a period of to 6 months. In case the recordings are evidence in court, administrative, arbitration or other proceedings, we can store them for a longer period of time.
Recipients: Video recordings may be submitted on request to the competent authorities (police, court) when necessary for the conduct of official proceedings and may not be provided to third parties.
The collected data is not processed for any other purpose.
RECIPIENTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA
We can forward your personal data to to the computer-based and communications solutions providers and services that act as our processing entities.
Those etinties shall provide reasonable guarantees and shall take appropriate technical and organizational protection measures to ensure adequate data protection and compliance with the requirements of the General Regulation. We have concluded an agreement with such data processing entities as a special part of the contract which stipulates in detail the processing of personal data, so they are not able to process your personal data without a direction on our behalf and forward it to third parties.
Personal data is not forwarded to third parties for direct marketing purposes.
DATA STORAGE PERIOD
In case when you provide us with your personal data by contacting us, we process and store your personal data only until a certain point of time when a purpose for which the personal data has been provided, is fulfilled. For example, we only process your e-mail address during a period in which our mutual communicatio takes place. It is only after the very purpose no longer exists we cease to use your personal information. However, in certain circumstances, personal data may remain in our storage system without being processed in case when we are required to do so with respect to legal norms.

If the request is justified and if the legislation does not oblige us to store data, the data will be deleted without undue delay.
Right to limited processing
You have the right to demand from us to restrict the processing of your personal data if you dispute the accuracy of this data (for a period allowing us to verify the accuracy of personal data), if the processing is illegal and you object to the deletion of your data and if we no longer need the data and we can extract them, but you need them to set, implement or defend legal claims, and therefore you want us to continue to store them.
